Welcome to Urban Freedom, A two
year, joint European and Moray Council project aimed at increasing
the number of short journeys made within Elgin on foot, by bike or
using public transport.
Launched during October 2008 the project will tackle some of
the barriers that discourage people from leaving the car at
home. An integrated package of sustainable alternatives will
offer a genuine travel choice for everyday journeys.
